Main Street Senior Living Welcomes Peter Larson as Director of Sales and Marketing

Oregon, WI. (April 2025) — Main Street Senior Living, a new premier independent living community in Oregon, welcomes Peter Larson as Director of Sales and Marketing. Under new management of Legacy Senior Living, Main Street Senior Living will complete their extensive renovations and open early Summer 2025. Larson joins the team to help provide seniors in the Oregon community, and surrounding counties, with the quality services offered at Main Street Senior Living.

 

Born and raised in Madison, Wi., Larson brings with him 20 years of healthcare experience, working in various management positions in skilled nursing, assisted living and hospice care communities. He eventually moved into the sales and marketing side of healthcare. Larson hopes to build a strong, vibrant and home-like community, where residents get to enjoy their golden years without the hassle of daily chores.

 

Larson says, “Serving the future residents of Main Street Senior Living with honor, respect, faith and integrity is my highest priority. My hope is to cultivate an atmosphere of hospitality that makes every person who walks through the door feel like they are home. I am excited to help create a new home for our residents.”

Larson lives in Madison with his daughter, Jordan, his nephew, Aiden, and dog, Evie. He enjoys being outdoors, particularly camping and canoeing. He also loves to cook and enjoys listening to live music.

Main Street Senior Living, Under New Management of Legacy Senior Living, Announces Mary Davidson as Executive Director

Oregon, WI. (April. 2025) — Main Street Senior Living, formerly known as Oregon Healthcare and Rehabilitation, announces Mary Davidson as Executive Director. The boutique independent living community is now under the management of Cleveland, TN-based company, Legacy Senior Living. Davidson has worked in the senior living industry since 1991, when she began her career as a CNA, working in nursing homes and assisted living communities. In 2023, Davidson became the Assisted Living Director for Oregon Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Now as the Executive Director of Main Street Senior Living, Davidson has since been overseeing extensive renovations on the property, involving a complete redesign and remodel of their 47 independent living residences. Main Street Senior Living is slated to open March 2025. Davidson states, “It has been a true honor being able to serve the seniors of Oregon for over 8 years now. Serving a generation that once served us is incredibly rewarding. A Brodhead, WI native, Davidson and her husband of 22 years have five sons and five grandchildren.
