Oregon, WI. (April. 2025) — Main Street Senior Living, formerly known as Oregon Healthcare and Rehabilitation, announces Mary Davidson as Executive Director. The boutique independent living community is now under the management of Cleveland, TN-based company, Legacy Senior Living.
Davidson has worked in the senior living industry since 1991, when she began her career as a CNA, working in nursing homes and assisted living communities. In 2023, Davidson became the Assisted Living Director for Oregon Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Now as the Executive Director of Main Street Senior Living, Davidson has since been overseeing extensive renovations on the property, involving a complete redesign and remodel of their 47 independent living residences. Main Street Senior Living is slated to open March 2025.
Davidson states, “It has been a true honor being able to serve the seniors of Oregon for over 8 years now. Serving a generation that once served us is incredibly rewarding. I am thankful for the opportunity to continue to lead this community as we care for our residents with honor, respect, faith and integrity.”

A Brodhead, WI native, Davidson and her husband of 22 years have five sons and five grandchildren. She loves to go hiking with her husband and grandsons and hopes to hike Black Elk peak in the summer of 2025. She enjoys traveling with friends and baking for her family. Davidson is also a history enthusiast. She collects antiques, loves watching black and white films and exploring old houses.
